My story
42 years in our community
My name is Serge Khatchadourian. I have lived in this community for 42 years, and I am proud to call Ward 22 home. My wife and I raised our two children here, and they have spent their entire lives in our ward.
Living here helps me understand the everyday needs and concerns of our neighbours. As a resident and local small-business owner, I see firsthand how decisions at City Hall affect our families, neighbourhoods, and local economy.
